Castello Officine s.r.l. manufactures fibrillation rollers and fibrillating bars for industrial applications requiring high precision and reliability. Production is carried out entirely in Italy using German-made raw materials and pins, with 100% quality control through artificial vision systems.
Our fibrillating bars can be customized according to the material and performance requirements, with densities up to 50 pins/cm, standard pin diameters of 0.38 and 0.62 mm, pin heights from 0.2 to 6 mm, and bar lengths up to 1600 mm.
Fibrillation rollers with replaceable bars allow direct replacement on the machine, reducing downtime and simplifying maintenance. The compact design also enables installation on existing third-party production lines.
Different configurations are available, including steel bodies for higher fibrillation intensity and chrome-plated versions for increased wear resistance.
